Day 4

Yesterday was better, I had lots of energy for most of the day, I was upbeat and had a few good classes. I ate often, but not as much as usual, and snacked on rice cakes...weird!

Today is not so good. I'm really, really tired and my body is achey. I worked out a lot yesterday, and had a really bad sleep, and i have another headache today. I went back to bed but couldn't sleep. I can't seem to shake this feeling of not wanting to do anything. Of course all I can think is, a coffee would do the trick! And it would be just one would know...

I know I need sleep and more water, and that this will pass and I'll have more energy soon. My skin is already looking better! I've made it this far, the rest of the day and tomorrow should be fine. The weekend will be my big test!

  1. I have to say I am feeling great, other than a horrible back and neck ache. I don't know if the detox is causing it or if it work related??? But I have not waivered from the detox and it feels so good to say that! My skin is also clearing up, I,m having great bm's( as Ryan would say, pooping like a champ) and I am so proud of my self! Oh and I have no sock marks!!! The water retention is gone. I know we can do this ladies, we will be victorious!!!

  2. I love reading these posts! I have to tell you that my 2nd day was awful, I took the day off work actually. I felt almost flu like, and slept for 2 hours that afternoon, unheard of for me! Yesterday was better, today is ok, my headache just won't leave. I am noticing huge differences in my bm, hair and skin too, which is truly remarkable since its only been a few days.
    I have enjoyed the cooking part of this, and have some really great recipes that I am going to copy and bring everyone on Monday, delicious. I FINALLY found a protein (hemp) powder that I LOVE!! I found the snack thing difficult, I am a snacker by heart, and finding something for this detox was proving challenging. I now snack on nuts (walnuts, cashews and almonds) and those Mary's Crackers with Hummus, yummy!! The PC organic hummus at the Superstore is perfect for our detox this month! Off to drink more water...ahhh:) Stay well everyone.
